The notebook

A room can be quiet, even when it fills the screen.

This notebook begins with a room, a plate and a moving line. Each was drawn for this study. None describes a real place or something you can order.

The room is built from narrow vertical lines, dim bronze light and broad white table surfaces. Its quiet geometry leaves space for the small corner navigation.

A branch rests inside a wide porcelain field. Changing scale lets an ordinary shape take up the screen without turning it into a product listing.

On a large screen these notes sit above an image, with their own short reading window. A keyboard can reach the end. On a phone the whole text runs down the page, without a second scrollbar.

The sea study is made from many original flowing curves. It is an illustration rather than a photograph or film. The menu opens over this darker field so its plain white links remain easy to find.

There are three local chapters and three gallery scenes. Play changes scenes every seven seconds after you ask it to. Choosing a scene, opening a note or leaving the page stops it.

Reduced motion removes the crossfade and stops automatic cycling. You can still pick every scene. Without scripts all chapters remain on the page.

This is an original offline design notebook. No names, artwork or claims from a real restaurant appear in its demo. No address, booking, form, checkout or account is present.
