Where the harbor meets the table
About
Olea started as a family kitchen above a fish market and grew into a brasserie that still smells of wood smoke and lemon. We cook the coast from Lebanon to Andalusia, with the dips, grills and slow stews our grandmothers taught us.
The chefs work an open flame grill and bake bread twice a day. Order a spread of small plates, then something from the fire, and stay for coffee.
