A golden edge, a bright leaf, a bit of paper. Small details make this imaginary table feel warm.

In good company

Side Note is an original fictional food notebook. A place to try color, shape and a little motion.

Leave a little room
for the unexpected.

It's only a sketchbook. There are no orders to place, no tables to book, no details to send.

A note on the note

Is Side Note a real restaurant?

No. This is an original fictional design study with illustrated food and a counter drawn from simple geometry.

What do the controls do?

Half turn rotates the tortilla. Pause freezes automatic motion. The plate buttons change the local artwork selection, and Reset restores the original mix. Nothing is saved or sent.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Fonts and original art are embedded. With JavaScript off, the complete notebook and navigation remain available. Reduced motion disables automatic movement.
