At Kagari, it is all in the gestures, and in the constancy of those gestures. As newcomers to the neighbourhood, we do it with respect. We work like a team: when one of us is ready the others are too, and when something falls, we pick it up together.

Speaking of respect: for us, respect is measured by the way we treat every guest, every tradition, every ingredient. Here there is no pretending. We do not try to impose anything, only to blend Japanese and local cultures.
