THREADFORMA MATERIAL JOURNAL
About the field
A thin bronze line can hold a quiet room together. Threadform is an original study of material, light and the space between them.
These shapes are drawn, not photographed. They belong to a fictional workshop, with no real venue or product behind them.
Three materials
A pale vessel holds a darker centre. Folded paper makes an edge. Light changes both without moving either.
Looking slowly
Start with a surface. Follow its rim, then look at the shadow beneath it. The object is simple. The pause is the point.
The moving field is optional. Use Pause field to stop it, or your device's reduced-motion setting for a still page.

Vessel: a pale rim holds a dark centre.
What makes the shadow?
A few simple gradients sit beneath the object. This is an illustrative drawing, not a photograph of a product.
What is stored?
Nothing. Choices change only this page. There is no account, tracking or local storage.
Viewing guide
Begin with an edge
Follow the rim, the fold or the bottom of the shade. Leave room for the dark around it.
Take your time
The background light moves slowly. Pause it with the field button. Reduced-motion settings stop it automatically. All readings remain visible with scripts off.
Original, local, illustrative
